Copyright and Image Rights (Standard Photoshoots)

For all standard photography services (including but not limited to portraits, events, commercial shoots, and lifestyle sessions), Fischbach Photo retains the overarching copyright and full ownership of all images captured.

By participating in a standard photoshoot, you grant Fischbach Photo a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to use, publish, and distribute the resulting images. We reserve the right to use these photographs for business operations and promotional purposes, which includes, but is not limited to:

  • Displaying in our professional portfolio and website.

  • Posting on social media platforms.

  • Use in marketing materials, advertisements, and publications.

  • Submission to photography competitions and exhibitions.

Workshop Attendee Privacy Exemption

We recognize that photography workshops are educational, experimental environments. We want our students to feel completely comfortable focusing on their craft without worrying about being the subject of our marketing materials.

Therefore, a strict privacy exemption applies to all individuals attending Fischbach Photo workshops:

  • Attendee Likeness: We will not publish, distribute, or use photographs that feature the recognizable faces or identities of workshop attendees for any public promotional, marketing, or portfolio purposes without obtaining explicit, prior written consent from the individual.

  • Educational Safe Space: Behind-the-scenes images taken by instructors during workshops will be strictly used for internal review or shared solely within the private group of attendees, ensuring your privacy as a learner is fully respected.

Workshop Attendee Privacy Exemption

Any personal information collected during the booking process (such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details) is used strictly for communication, invoicing, and delivering your final gallery. Fischbach Photo will never sell, rent, or trade your personal contact information to third parties.
